Delivery & Returns

Orders will be dealt with and processed within 3-5 working days. Once processed, delivery time within the United Kingdom is 3-5 business days, and 7-10 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during the holidays and busier periods, this time may vary. 

Heavier items may take longer especially when travelling through customs from the UK. Please allow time for this if ordering for a specific date.

If you are yet to receive your order past this estimated delivery time please contact us and we can look into the issue further.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs or transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s or customs charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.

Our policy allows for you to get a refund or return a product within 30 days of purchase. If more than the allowed time has passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or return.

To complete your return, we require you to complete the returns slip provided in your delivery. Please send your sealed returns back to the address given on the returns slip provided with your order.

On receipt of your item, we will inform you whether or not your refund request was successful, and, if successful, credit will be restored to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, refunds can only be provided on full-price items. For full details please see our terms and conditions.
